I never noticed this before, but Low-Light may very well be the ugliest of the G.I. Joes.
This was the first opportunity I had in a while to sit and put one of my broken figures back together again. When I first retrieved all my old Joes and brought them home, Low-Light was in one piece.
Sadly, in the interim, his band apparently snapped.

Despite the busted band, he’s actually in pretty good condition. Not a lot of wear-and-tear. Likely because I don’t remember playing with him all that much.
Getting the new band on was pretty easy. Sometimes even when you give it a bit of a stretch, snapping the torsos together again is a little challenging. But Low-Light went together smoothly.
